SART Course
SART "Course" is a transceiver designed to emit a response signal from a search and rescue radar from a ship in distress in the frequency range 9.2-9.5 GHz. In accordance with the IMO Resolution, at least one radar rescue respondent must be operated on ships of a gross tonnage of more than 300 tons. SART conducts continuous operation autonomously from the power source - two ER34615M lithium batteries for four days in standby mode and eight hours in response mode.
It is made of materials resistant to long-term exposure to oil, sea water and sunlight. Equipped with a light indication of operating modes. It is equipped with a bracket for installation on the vessel and a console for mounting on a rescue device.
SART “Course” has the type approval of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, type approval of the Russian River Register and fully complies with all GMDSS requirements and IMO resolutions.
