Simrad GC80

Simrad GC80 - compact and reliable gyrocompass, satisfy the standards of IMO A.424 (11) and 'Wheel Mark'. Certified by Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. It is used on vessels which do not exceed the speed of 30 knots. It improves navigation capabilities. It simplifies the management of the ship of any size. Specific magnetic compasses restrictions are eliminated in this version Simbard GC80.

Multiple electrical connections, ensure the provision of accurate and continuous data about the course of the vessel. Simple configuration allows signal transmission to multiple consumers. The GC80 gyrocompasses are equipped with a control system that provides power to the device, signal transmission and output of distributed data on the current course of the vessel. The remote control can be installed separately from the main unit, while the control panel has a backlight and can be used to display basic gyrocompass data or additional information. The water resistance of the GC80 repeaters allows them to be used, for example, on an open bridge
