MKEV 75/460-660
MKEV 75 / 460-660 - is a modern acoustic double whistle mouthpiece from the company Kockum Sonics. Designed to provide audible alarms aboard vessels up to 20 meters long. With a dedicated signal mind tyfon easily distinguished from other noise, particularly in the engine compartment. MKEV 75 / 460-660 is ideally suited for operation in harsh marine environments. It equipped with alarm CO2, which is produced at a frequency of 460-660 Hz. Tyfon may further be used as a delivery system of a fire alarm. Sound is supplied with an interval of 1-2 seconds. Fully compliant with the rules of COLREG-72, which states that all vessels of 12 meters in length and over shall be equipped with a sound-signaling device (ship Typhon).
