JHS-7
JHS-7 - is a wearable VHF radio, designed as a two-way communications between ships and lifeboats. The radio is designed in accordance with the requirements of the GMDSS. Reception and transmission of voice data is carried out by 13 transmission channels, the station also operates in the 16m ranging channel 156.8 MHz. Transmission power is from 0.25 to 1 watt.
JHS-7 is certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
The radio is used as a means of communication with the specialized units, subject to the provisions of the SOLAS Convention.
Durable and robust housing ensures operation even in the harshest environmental conditions. JHS-7 can withstand a drop onto a hard surface from a height of 1 meter. The radio is waterproof and works well in heavy rain or high humidity. Radio work time is 8 hours. A simple arrangement of buttons and switches make the radio easy to use with one hand.
