TSS / Alarm-T ​​is a system for measuring and controlling temperature in cargo tanks and holds. The main function of the " TSS / Alarm-T " system is the measurement of cargo temperature in cargo tanks. The system " TSS / Alarm-T " includes high-precision temperature sensors UTT(by the number of tanks), local technological stations and alarm panels. The UTT temperature sensors are located in the cargo tank at the level at which the temperature is measured. The temperature sensors are powered by intrinsically safe circuits through intrinsically safe barriers. they are located in an explosive area. Barriers of spark protection are installed in the LTS cabinet; they provide power to the 24 V sensors and processing signals from UTT sensors. The alarm panel is displayed on the door of the LTS cabinet.

Under normal conditions, the temperature in the tank does not exceed the specified reference value ("overheating"). At the same time, the warning light of the corresponding tank on the alarm panel does not light, the audible alarm does not work. When the temperature of the cargo in the tank reaches the "overheating" temperature, the corresponding relay will work, the LED indicator on the alarm panel will go into the flashing state, the buzzer will sound to attract the attention of the operator. Turn off the light and sound signals by pressing the handshake button. When the temperature of the product in the tank becomes below the level of overheating, the LED indicator goes out.

The system provides:

  • temperature measurement in tanks or cargo holds;
  • indication of the actual temperature in the tank / hold;
  • the supply of the emergency warning light (LED indicator) and the audible (buzzer) signal when the temperature reaches the preset control overheat upper temperature);
  • acknowledgment of the alarm by pressing the corresponding button on the alarm panel;
  • supply of temperature sensors UTT, if the sensors are located in hazardous areas, then the power is supplied through explosion-proof circuits;
  • diagnostics of communication lines with level indicators for tearing or short circuit;
  • testing of signaling (LED lights and buzzer)
  • pressing the corresponding button;
  • direct control of the brightness of the lamps and the illumination of the temperature value indicator

The system can be delivered with advanced features:

  • signal not only overheating, but also the lower limit of the normal temperature range of cargo in the tank;
  • a siren and a flashlight may be included in the supply;
  • it is possible to power both the 220 VAC feeder (main) and 24 VDC (backup power);
  • It is possible to feed the APS signal according to the attainment of the values ​​of the temperature settings (both "overheating" and "cooling") into the external TCC CCM. This will automate the process of heating the cargo.
