The TSS / CTS LNG system is designed to meet the requirements of NKKK and Caleb Brett-KIMSKO. The main function of the system is automatic measurement, collection and processing of data on cargo operations for the transport of liquefied gas. Based on the data for the measurements: the temperature (up to 12 points in each tank), the pressure and level in the cargo tanks of the LNG carrier, the system calculates the volume of liquefied gas and generates a report on the quantity of loaded / discharged gas that will serve as the main official commercial document

In addition , the TSS / CTS LNG system can be connected to a cargo computer to calculate the stability, durability and unsinkability of the vessel on-line. The system provides interfaces for data transfer to the Voyage Data Recorder (VDR), Emergency Shutdown System (ESD), integration with a ballast level measurement system and a sludge metering system.

TSS / CTS LNG is delivered as an independent system, and as part of the Integrated Control System for Technical Means ( TSS / Control) .

The main advantages of the TSS / CTS LNG system are:

  • Level, temperature and pressure measurement is carried out by one deck sensor - TGD (Tank Gauging Device);
  • one passage in the tank;
  • 6 pairs of temperature sensors provide double reliability;
  • to reduce the number of cables, information is transmitted in the digital HA RT protocol via 2 wires;
  • at the request of the customer, it is possible to bend the waveguide to bypass various obstacles inside the cargo tank or the deck container;
  • auto calibration.

The TGD sensor can be mounted on a single flange connection with an ultrasonic level indicator TLA, which ensures independent signaling of tank overfilling.
