PPU3 / GPC3 / GPU3 controllers

Genset controllers PPU-3 / GPC-3 / GPU-3 are designed to protect and control a synchronous / asynchronous generator. The controllers also control the sequence of starting and stopping the engine and can be used as an engine protection unit.

The PPU-3 / GPC-3 / GPU-3 are equipped with the M-Logic (Micro PLC) function, which is part of the DEIF USW PC service software. With this tool, you can tailor your application to specific requirements, such as assigning special functions or logic conditions to different inputs and outputs. The LCD displays all measured values ​​and calculated values ​​as well as alarms and data from the event log.

These controllers differ in their purpose:
GPU-3 - generator set protection controller for coastal and sea-based power plants;
GPC-3 - protection and switching controller for parallel operation in shore-based power plants (can be used both singly and in parallel with other generators);
PPU-3 is a protection and switching controller for parallel operation in offshore power plants (can be used both singly and in parallel with other generators).
