measures the following quantities: voltage, frequency, phase difference between common buses and generator.
There is a circle of 36 red LEDs on the panel of the device, providing an accuracy of readings of 10 degrees. The wheel speed indicates the difference in frequency. The faster the rotation, the greater the frequency difference.
