Angle meters

Angle meters
Rotation angle meters developed by DEIF have high accuracy and reliability and are designed for use on marine vessels.

1. RTA 602 is a rudder angle sensor, can be used to measure rudder position, propeller pitch or azimuth. The RTA 602 can be additionally calibrated after installation. Performing a three-point calibration procedure will ensure high accuracy of subsequent measurements.

Specifications:
  • Rotation range from 0 ° to 360 ° (configurable)
  • Output signal 4 ... 20 mA
  • Supply voltage 7.5 to 35.0 VDC
2. RTC 600 - designed to convert the angle of rotation into a signal that is transmitted via the Canbus. The sensor is based on a non-contact measuring principle, thus ensuring a long service life without degradation of performance due to wear of electromechanical components. The RTC 600 can also be used as a position angle feedback signal in automatic control systems.

Specifications:
  • Rotation range from 0 ° to 360 ° (configurable)
  • Canbus output signal
  • Supply voltage 7.5 to 35.0 VDC
3. RTC 300 - is a smaller version of the RTA602 / RTC600 sensors. The RTC 300 is installed in a steering gear or azimuth thruster.

Specifications:
  • Rotation range from 0 ° to 360 ° (configurable)
  • Canbus output signal
  • Supply voltage 7.5 to 35.0 VDC
4. Rudder angle meter RT-2 is discontinued, replacement of RTA 602.
