Furuno FAR-1416

The Furuno FAR-1416 is a radar with a color 15 "LCD display and a built-in chartplotter, designed for use on small pleasure and fishing boats. With the help of new technologies, the radar clearly displays an approaching target in spite of the environmental noise Any moving object on the LCD The display can be colored depending on the degree of collision risk using the Target Analyzer function.

The "Target Tracking" function will provide the appearance of a vector of speed and course after capturing an object on the radar screen in a matter of seconds. Comparison of information from the radar with vector maps will allow to accurately determine the shoreline and the location of the buoys. Recorded information about the waypoints of the vessel will help memorize the places of fishing. Automatic adjustment of the degree of interference cancellation will provide a quick adjustment of the radar screen, which will allow to concentrate on the control of the vessel.

You can install the device on the dashboard either horizontally or vertically. The radar is compatible with the antenna FURUNO FR-8002/8005
