Integrated automation system for tanker-bunker

To solve several tasks to control the operation of the vessel carrying petroleum products, we offer to the installation a whole complex of automation, for equipping tankers, bunkering, which provides:

• keeping accurate records of the loaded and unloaded fuel;

• operational information on tanker cargo operations

• reduction of crew load;

• coordination and control of all cargo operations through the coastal center.

The complex consists of the following subsystems:

A set of sensors for monitoring temperature / pressure / level - UTT / UPT / UTS / TGD / TLA;

Integrated Management System for Technical Means (MIS TC) - TSS / Control;

Remote monitoring systems for the quantity of oil products in cargo tanks - TSS / Cargo ;

Signaling systems for bulk 95% / 98% - TSS / Alarm ;

Vessel Assistant monitoring systems - TSS / Watch Alarm ;

Level measurement systems in ballast tanks and sediments - BMS;

Freight computer with on-line connection to the cargo system - MasterLoad;

Remotely controlled valves are NFC.
