Simrad HALO24
The Simrad HALO24
Equipped with innovative VelocityTrackTM technology, the Simrad HALO24 radar provides immediate visual information about whether objects are approaching or moving away from you, using intuitive color markings to highlight potential threats.
This radar is packaged in a compact 24-inch dome housing, which simplifies its installation and maintenance.
The HALO24 performs a full 360-degree view in a second thanks to the industry-unique antenna rotation speed of 60 revolutions per minute at a distance of up to 1.5 nautical miles.
To operate the Simrad HALO24 radar, you must use the Simrad multifunction display or a specialized radar control unit with an Ethernet connection. The functionality of MARPA, which allows you to track the movement of targets, requires a direction sensor and a GPS receiver.
The radar is certified and approved by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
