The MR-1010RII is a reliable Japanese maritime radar, the main features of which are a simplified automatic radar plotting function and a wide viewing angle TFT LCD color display. The auto-route feature helps prevent the risk of collision with other vessels or objects. It is possible to automatically track up to 5 targets on the radar.
When connected to a radio with DSC function and receiving a DSC call, the received message is automatically transmitted to the MR-1010RII (up to 20 messages at a time). When connected to an external AIS device (including Icom IC-M605 and IC-M506 AIS), up to 100 targets can be tracked and all information will be broadcast on the radar display.
The wide viewing angle of the color TDT LCD screen provides a bright and contrasty image. Screen settings and day/night switching can be instantly adjusted using the BRILL button.
The intuitive user interface allows the operator to work smoothly even when wearing gloves. Various parameters can be adjusted through intuitive operations. The MR-1010RII can be connected to an external display using an optional output device.
