 International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes Code Supplement (incorporating amendment 05-19), 2020 - IMSBC - code of safe practice for the carriage of bulk cargo.

The Code regulates the carriage of bulk cargo in such a way that no damage to the ship's hull occurs due to improper distribution of cargo, chemical reactions of the cargo during the voyage or loss of stability. The main purpose of the Code is to facilitate the safe stowage and transport of bulk cargo by providing information on the hazards associated with the transport of a particular cargo; contains instructions to be taken when carriage of bulk cargo is considered
