Emergency food ration, model KL-99F - a means of maintaining the life of the human body, caught in emergency conditions associated with food shortage, ready to eat. The emergency food ration is designed to supply collective life-saving appliances to sea vessels.

It is prepared from natural products, without the use of artificial preservatives.

It is stored in aseptic vacuum packaging, preserving the diet in complete isolation from the environment and preventing the development of microflora and oxidative processes of the product during the indicated shelf life with a moisture content of up to 5%.

The protein content (6-10%) reduces energy consumption for food utilization and the need for drinking water. The maintenance of fats and carbohydrates of a ration corresponds to power consumption of the person at physical activities in an emergency situation and in conditions of possible supercooling while the rescue facility is in use.

The set of one ration is divided into eight separate portions, which can be used in dry form and diluted in water.

  • Caloric content, not less than -10000 kJ.
  • Consists of 8 pressed briquettes 
  • Weight of the ration - 500 g 
  • The total caloric content of the diet is 10,000 kJ. 
  • Type of packaging - combined film (aluminum foil-polyethylene)
