Repair equipment with exchange
Our engineers are highly qualified in the field of repair and restoration of ship radio navigation equipment of any complexity. Repairing faulty equipment saves customers up to 70% of the cost of buying a new one. But we suggest using another service, which can significantly reduce the cost of repairs, even.
The service "Repair with equipment replacement" reduces the downtime of the vessel, and therefore more profitable than just repair or replacement. This service is also available throughout Russia.
The main advantage of this service is that the rental of replacement equipment is not paid for the period when the customer’s unit was in our office (i.e., the customer pays for the repair only during the repair and it is in our interests to make it as soon as possible).
Calculation of the cost of rent:
During the use of our equipment, the customer will be charged the rent. At the time of rental, all natural failures caused by aging will be serviced at our expense, and all artificial failures (spilled coffee, etc.) will be exposed to the customer.
THERE ARE TWO EQUIPMENT RETURNS
If your ship’s radio station is out of order and you don’t want to buy a new one before the end of the season or do repairs (or other cases when the purchase is not practical) - it’s cheaper to rent the equipment.
The cost of renting equipment in this case remains the same.

If the device consists of one board or block that are no longer supplied by the manufacturer, the repair cost will be 30% of the cost of the entire block (as an example, a message terminal).
If the device has not yet been discontinued (you can buy exactly the same new replacement) but you decided to repair it, then the repair cost will be set on the cost of the board that needs to be repaired.

THERE ARE TWO EQUIPMENT RETURNS
- Partial return - we exchange equipment with the customer and return it after repair. In this case, the rental invoice is issued for the entire time, except for the period when the ship equipment was in our office (i.e., the customer does not pay for this time and it is in our interests to make repairs as quickly as possible).
- Full refund - when we give our equipment to the customer in exchange for his equipment with a breakdown, which we leave to ourselves.
