The RS has switched to a new format for updating the Rules
The format of updating the regulatory and technical documentation by the Register of Shipping of the Russian Federation has been changed. Updates to the RS rules will be published twice a year in the format of summary bulletins, with advance notification three months before entry into force. The priority in the formation of the concept was the technical documents used in the design of ships and offshore structures, as well as in the process of technical control of construction and inspection during use. The updated format is a rational tool that helps not only to control and systematize changes, but also allows you to notify all interested parties about changes in advance. This provides users with the opportunity to analyze the effective rules of the RS and prepare for their implementation.
