Generator differential protection RMC, MDR

Generator differential protection RMC, MDR
Multifunctional differential protection relay MDR-2 is designed for differential current protection of three-phase generators and electric motors. With the help of current transformers MDR-2 monitors currents in all three phases on both sides of the object.
Also, the MDR-2 relay provides the following functions:
warning signaling - setpoint and delay values are programmed;
protection operation - programmatically set the values of the setpoint and delay.

The obtained values of the measured values are displayed in engineering units on the LCD display. The MDR-2 has an alarm log and supports the Modbus RTU communication protocol.

Specifications:
  • Supply voltage: 12-24V DC;
  • Measuring current: 1 and 5 A;
  • Frequency: 30-70 Hz;
  • Protective performance: IP 54 - front panel; IP 20 - rear panel;
  • Ambient temperature: -25 ˚ С .... + 70 ˚ С.
The RMC-131D residual current protection relay is designed to protect generator sets on ship and onshore installations. It compares the differential current of each of the three phases with a given setpoint value. The RMC-131D responds to maximum differential current across three phases. When the setpoint value is exceeded, the output relay is switched on, followed by the switching off of the controlled device.

Specifications:
  • Measuring voltage range: 57.7 - 690 VAC current
  • Measured current range: 0.4 - 5 A
  • Frequency response: 45 - 65 Hz
  • Working temperature range: -25 ° C - + 70 ° C
  • Protective performance: IP40 (case); IP20 (terminals)

Certificate:
  • RMRS
