Buoy light-emitting "COMET" with a bracket - is designed to detect the lifebuoy with reduced visibility, by applying a light and smoke signal. Mounted with a steel bracket to the ship and attached to the lifeline by a line.
It is installed on each bridge, on the vessel there must be at least 2 pieces. The buoy is installed in an inverted form, fixed to the lifebuoy, at the time of activation it is necessary to ensure a clear drop in the water.
This buoy is safe for use in water and does not require an annual replacement of the lithium battery. 
In accordance with the requirements of SOLAS, the light-flying buoy must be on each ship. It is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of RMRS.
