Koden MDC-2200

Koden MDC-2200
Koden MDC-2240 radars are designed for ships with a gross tonnage of up to 1,600 registered tons and meet safety requirements. They are approved by the River Register for use on inland navigation vessels.

The Koden MDC-2240 is equipped with various useful functions, such as day and night modes, cursor coordinates display and two movable range rings. To ensure a clear image, the radar has a built-in jamming suppressor and a function to increase the size of targets with several levels. The display also shows the route you have traveled, and if you have a connected GPS receiver, the specified route is displayed.

The radar supports an interface for communication with the AIS (Automatic Identification System), which provides information about the names of ships, their coordinates, course, speed and distance to your vessel (an AIS receiver is required).

  • Reliable radar image and clear identification of small targets.
