Repeater 5016-AB

The Sperry Marine 5016-AB repeater is a console-type device compatible with magnetic and gyrocompasses of the NAVIGAT X Mk 1, NAVIGAT X MK 2 and NAVIGAT 2100 models. It is used as a backup course control device in case of malfunction of the main gyrocompass. The repeater provides tracking of the position of the vessel with an accuracy of 1, which helps to improve navigation safety. Information is transmitted via the RS-422 interface in accordance with NMEA 0183 / IEC 61162 standards, at a transmission rate of 9600, 19200 or 38400 baud.

The device has a waterproof aluminum alloy housing with powder coating, which ensures its durability and reliability. The repeater is equipped with an external LED backlight, and the controls are located on the front panel.
