КС-ППЭ - Circles saving
Circles rescue KS-PPE in a solid plastic shell are a means of assisting a person caught in water. They are used together with the buoy of light-feeding. Designed for operation on sea and river vessels, floating structures, small vessels and coastal areas. Have a certificate of sea / river register of navigation. They are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations, the SOLAS-74/96 Convention, the International Code for Life-Saving Appliances (LSA Code), the Rules for the Equipment of Maritime Vessels of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, the Technical Regulations for the Safety of Maritime Transport Facilities.
