Working safety jacket (WSJ) ZHRS-Cyclone
Working safety jacket (WSJ) Cyclone are designed to protect people on deck from wind, water, excessive heat loss, and in case of falling overboard, keeping the victim on the surface of the water.
Operated in the temperature range of -30 ° C to + 65 ° C, in fresh water from 0 ° C to + 30 ° C and in seawater from -1 ° C to + 30 ° C. Manufactured from materials resistant to rotting, corrosion and the effects of sea water, oil or fungi; impact of vibration; exposure to sunlight and retain their properties under the influence of the environment during their service life.

The jacket of the waistcoat is made of a bright color material. To ensure buoyancy in the shell, floats of porous material 10 mm thick are sewed into three layers. The design of the waistcoat provides for longitudinal strength (shoulder) of at least 900 N (90 kg) and belt strength (lifting loop) of at least 3200 N (320 kg). Belt width for belt is not less than 30 mm. When immersed in fresh water for 24 hours, the buoyancy of the waistcoat does not decrease by more than 5%.
- The weight of the waistcoat in the equipped condition should not be more than 1.0 kg.
- The service life of the waistcoat is determined by the limiting state (GOST 27.002-89), but not less than 5 years.
- The buoyancy of the waistcoat does not decrease by more than 5% after immersing it in fresh water for 24 hours.
Produced in the modifications - "ZhRS-CYCLONE" and "ZHRS-CYCLONE" (RRR)
