Emergency locator NavCom Omega 10 is required for the early detection of man who fell overboard. Beacon operates on the basis of the AIS and in contact with the water starts to transmit messages about the coordinates, speed of movement, course, bearing of - all the things that provide the ability to quickly carry out rescue operations. The main purpose of Omega 10 - a reduction in the residence time of a person in the water. 
 
Beacon NavCom Omega 10 is very easy to use and requires no special training. Its compact size emergency locator conveniently attached to a lifejacket and is automatically activated when placed in water for more than 3 seconds. Runtime NavCom Omega 10 is 48 hours. Signal range up to 4 nautical miles. To use the device after its first activation is sufficient to just replace the battery. 
 
If necessary, Omega 10 can be activated manually.
