Simrad AP44

Simrad AP44 is an autopilot controller with Simrad Continuum steering technology.

The device consists of a 4.1 "color display with an intuitive menu, a rotary knob and control buttons, made in a stylish corporate design SIMRAD Glass Helm

In AP44 it is possible to add waypoints of arrival, to include navigation on routes when connecting to NMEA 2000 to a chartplotter or compatible MFD Simrad. When the controller is commissioned for the first time, the autotune function of the instrument is activated on the screen. Continuum technology is the automatic steering software used by Simrad autopilots for various vessels, from the smallest boats to the largest commercial ones.

The compact size allows you to install the AP44 almost anywhere on the ship, and a wide-angle display provides maximum visibility at any time of day.
