The Walker 2080 Mk2 weather sensor uses the P293 ultrasonic sensor of the Vane system to ensure high measurement accuracy in a compact and durable housing. The sensor is connected directly to a standard DIN rail and displays the wind speed and direction on a digital display or a 72-LED analog modular display.
The sensor has a measurement range from 0 to 120 knots with an accuracy of ± 2% and a resolution of 0.01 knots. It is also capable of measuring wind direction in the range from 0 to 359 with an accuracy of ±3 and a resolution of 0.1.

The Walker 2080 Mk2 weather sensor has the following technical characteristics:
  • Input voltage: 24 V DC, 40 mA;
  • Measuring range: from 0 to 120 knots;
  • Accuracy: ±2%;
  • Resolution: 0.01 knots;
  • Wind direction measurement: from 0 to 359 with an accuracy of ±3 and a resolution of 0.1;
  • Sensor operating temperature: -35 C to +70 C;
  • Operating temperature of the indicator: from 0 C to +55 C;
  • Sensor storage temperature: -40 C to +90 C;
  • Humidity:<5% to 100% (non-condensing);
  • Cable length: 40 meters.
