Symptoms: The    radio does not respond when the button is pressed. The channel does not change.

Causes:      Lock buttons.

Measures:            Press the button (on the left side of the receiver, below the PTT button) in  

                      For 3 seconds. To unlock the keyboard.

Symptoms:  When adjusting the message with the subscriber, a special

                      Channel and when subscribers do not hear each other.

Causes:     Use of different country codes.

Measures:           Create the use of the same channel mode (International, USA,    

                     Canadian) for both subscribers. In addition, personal (individual) channels

                      Must have the same numerical designations, but different frequencies

                      Or channels, using for various purposes. For example, channel 16

                      Use in distress, safety and calling a channel,

                      And they are all on the same frequency.

Symptoms:  In case of impossibility of changing the transmitting power.

Cause 1:  No channels in scan memory.

Symptoms:   In case the transmitting power does not change.

Causes:     A channel with a limiting voltage of 1 W or only a receiving channel.

Action:           Change to an unlimited TX / RX channel.
