Netherlands based company has purchased Orolia Maritime

Netherlands based Seas Of Solutions B.V., led by CEO Paul Smulders, has purchased Orolia Maritime and it’s marine electronic brands Netwave, McMurdo and Kannad Marine in April this year.

Under Seas Of Solutions, McMurdo, Netwave and Kannad Marine products, service support, account managers, contact phone numbers and brands remain the same. Product and training certification are also unaffected.

The main change will be the introduction of the new Seas of Solutions brand and the update of trading names.
