The Airmar XSONIC P79 sensor is  a two-channel depth sensor in a plastic housing. Easy to install, it adjusts the angle of the body to 22 °, which ensures that the beam is vertically oriented to receive echoes, which leads to accurate depth readings. Fits with XSONIC connector for LOWRANCE 9 - Pin (black plug converter on both Elite-Ti and HDS Gen3 and HDS Carbon). Ideal for use on coastal motor boats with outboard engines, also on small racing yachts and RIBs.

Technical details:

The 600-watt 8-pin converter has a depth of 800 to 1,200 feet;
operating frequency from 50 to 200 kHz; 
beam width from 45 to 12 degrees,
maximum depth of 800-1200 feet.
