The Navi-Sailor 4000 ECDIS Panel PC is a monoblock personal computer designed for use on marine vessels. It is available in two trim levels: Standard and Standard+, and can work as a standalone system, with the ability to expand both hardware and software. The Navi-Sailor 4000 is the fifth generation of ECDIS from Transas.

ECDIS is designed for use as navigation equipment on ships, fully complies with the requirements of IMO and the SOLAS Convention and is certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

Navi-Sailor 4000 is a navigation information system that provides complete location information obtained from navigation sensors on electronic navigation maps. It is designed to support the employee responsible for the Navigation Watch (OOW) in planning and monitoring the route.

Note: The use of ECDIS is possible only with the latest edition of electronic cartographic information issued by the authorized hydrographic service. The Navi-Sailor 4000 ECDIS MFD type ECDIS can be used as an electronic logbook that meets the requirements of IMO Resolution A.916(22).

Navi-Sailor 4000 ECDIS must be supplied with a Certificate from the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (Form 6.5.3016.5.31).
