Manual alignment azimuth unit and compass heading

If you can not perform an automatic alignment of the main compass, this function will perform a manual reconciliation bearing unit and compass heading.
When the command code '21'. speed of the vessel is set to 0 The installation procedure includes a reconciliation of the relative and absolute values.
