The composition of the Rescue and Rescue property for river vessels
River vessels, being built and operated, should be equipped with emergency equipment.
For non-self-propelled vessels, non-self-propelled vessels with unicomponent unsinkability, non-self-propelled vessels of classes "P" and "L" of less than 30 m in length with a crew of non-self-propelled tankers, regardless of length, passenger and vessels for crossings with a flight duration of less than 1 hour; self-propelled classes "O", "R" and "L" with a crew of not more than three people on a voyage, self-propelled classes "P" and "L" of less than 25 m in length, hydrofoils, air-cushioning, floating and floating emergency supplies not required. Tugboats and pushers working with non-self-propelled vessels
equipped with emergency supply for ships, a group of which is one position higher than the group of the tugboat or pusher. Tugs and pushers with a length of more than 15 m are supplied according to the norms for V vessels.
To determine the standards of emergency supply vessels are divided into 10 groups:
I - self-propelled classes "M" and "O" with a length of more than 90 m;
II - self-propelled classes "M" and "O" with length from 40 to 90 m inclusive;
III - self-propelled classes "M" and "O" with length from 25 to 40 m inclusive and classes "P" and "L" with a length of more than 70 m;
IV - self-propelled classes "P" and "L" with length from 40 to 70 m inclusive;
V - self-propelled classes "P" and "L" with length from 25 to 40 m inclusive and classes "M" and "O" up to 25 m in length;
VI - non-self-propelled classes of "M-SP", "M-PR", "O-PR", "M" and "O";
VII - non-self-propelled classes "P" and "L" with a length of 30 m and more.
VIII - self-propelled classes "M-SP" and "M-PR" with a length of 70 to 140 m.
IX - self-propelled classes "M-SP" and "M-PR" length from 30 to 70 m inclusive and self-propelled class "O-PR" length from 30 to 140 m.
X-self-propelled classes "M-SP", "M-PR" and "O-PR" with a length of less than 30 m.
