Repair of SAMYUNG SUR-350

Two ship radio stations SAMYUNG SUR-350 were received for repair

❌ The problem is that they do not work for transmission. The crew suspects there is something wrong with the tangents.

✔️ After flaw detection by our engineers, at one of the radio stations it was found that the device does not go into low power mode when you press the "power" button located on the front panel.
The output power level control circuit was repaired.
✔️ The second radio station was found to have a complete lack of output power during testing. The circuit of the output stage of the power amplifier was repaired.
After the completed work - the power level switches, the reception is stable. Station on board.

Also, it was found that two cores of the PTT cable were damaged, after repairing the cable and conducting a test communication session, the communication quality of both radio stations improved significantly, but nevertheless, it is worth replacing the PTTs on both devices.
