Repair of Mitsubishi E1071

We received a request to repair the Mitsubishi E1071 panel as part of the ULTRAFOG fire extinguishing system

❌The panel automatically goes into reboot mode, and displays the message " Comm error”
❌The PLC Mitsubishi Electric FX1N-60MR is not connected to the Mitsubishi Electric E1071 control panel. Mitsubishi Electric FX1N-60MR PLC connection port malfunction detected

✔️ The next-generation FX3G-60MR/DS PLC is selected for replacement
✔️ The software has been installed.
✔️ PLC settings and program adjustments were made using Mitsubishi Electric GX Works2 software
✔️ Mitsubishi Electric E1071 panel has been diagnosed
✔️ Software adjustments were made using the manufacturer's GT Works software.
✔️ Bench tests were performed by simulating input signals (in accordance with the manufacturer's ULTRAFOG schemes) in various operating modes.

The system was tested on Board. The system is in correct technical condition, fully functional
