Repair of Praxis

An application has been received from the vessel: a malfunction of the "Praxis"

❌ After power is supplied, on the screen of the PRAXIS control center in the wheelhouse, a warning appears that all the sensors of the vessel have malfunctioned: maximum engine temperatures, maximum amount of fuel in tanks, water in the compartments, AB malfunction, low insulation resistance. After diagnosing the connection, sensors, connecting wires, fuses - open circuit, wiring damage, insulation and other malfunctions - not detected

✔️ After carrying out a defectation by our engineers, errors were detected in the system, the absence of an APS alarm at the inputs of a discrete board. During the technical inspection, faulty circuit board components were detected

✔️ We replaced the damaged unit and performed an elementary repair of the discrete board. We performed system firmware for the current vessel design using software from the manufacturer. We performed the installation of the system at a regular place, its connection and coordination with all signal lines

APS Praxis is in good technical condition and presented to the crew in work
