3.3 COURT FOR BULK CARGO AND COURT NEFTENAVALOCHNYE
 
The numbering of paragraphs 3.3.4.10 and 3.3.4.11 and 3.3.4.11 changes to 3.3.4.12, respectively.
We introduce a new paragraph 3.3.4.10:
 
3.3.4.10 For vessels with a length of 150 m or more, intended for the carriage of bulk
