Furuno CSH-5L MARK-2

The Furuno CSH-5L MARK-2 is a multi-beam sonar with two frequencies (55 kHz or 68 kHz). It consists of a compact antenna device, transceiver and display unit, with LCD display with a diagonal of 15 "(16 colors) and a control panel with 4 user-programmable keys, as well as function keys for alarm, insertion and removal of markings, menus, etc. The CSH-5L is suitable for small fishing vessels and allows you to find fish even in shallow water.No additional sensors are required to receive and process navigation information.The transmitter is 2 kW, the detection range is up to 1600 meters.

The device provides four main types of indication: normal, normal with text, normal and echo sounder and normal single-beam in the specified direction. In normal mode with the echosounder, the location of the underwater target relative to the ship is instantly fixed.

When the sonar is connected to the appropriate sensors, such as the GPS receiver, the guidance pointer / gyrocompass and the echo sounder together with the on-board interface unit (optional), the ship's coordinates, course, track angle, speed and water temperature are displayed on the CSH-5 MARK-2 display.
