Changes to the Technical Supervision Guidelines for Ships

Regarding: 
changes to the Guidelines for Technical Supervision of Ships in Service, 2017, ND No. 2-30101-009, regarding the conditions for admission of suppliers in accordance with the provisions of the IMO circulars MSC.1 / Circ. 1206 / Rev. 1 and MSC.1 / Circ.1277. 

With this letter, the RMRS informs of the introduction of changes to Section 4 of Part III "Survey of Vessels in Accordance with International Conventions, Codes, Resolutions and Rules for the Equipment of Sea-going Vessels" of the Guidelines for Technical Supervision of Ships in Service, 2017, ND No. 2-30101-009. Changes are given in the appendix to this circular letter. 

It is necessary to do the following: 

1. To familiarize the inspection staff of PC units and interested organizations in the region of the activities of PC units with the provisions of this circular letter. 

2. To apply the provisions of this circular letter when inspecting vessels in service.
