MasterLoad

MasterLoad - cargo computer / strength control device - is a software package for calculating the load / stability / strength / unsinkability installed on the onboard computers of ships and floating structures of various types. It has a simple and intuitive interface, allows you to use the data directly from the sensors that are installed in the cargo and service tanks, which ensures the accuracy of calculations of landing / stability / strength.

Off-line operation provides an opportunity to plan the loading and ballasting scheme in advance, to automatically generate output documents "for departure / for arrival".

Data on the loading of the vessel can be transmitted via mobile communication networks (satellite / cellular) to the coastal center or to the shipowner.

MasterLoad  fully complies with IMO Resolution MEPC.248 (66)

MasterLoad allows you to:

• Form plans for loading and ballasting the vessel in an interactive mode and save it in the Database;

• To develop schemes for ballasting the vessel (platform) to a given draft;

• Make calculations of landing, stability and strength of an undamaged vessel in a given loading state;

• Create a virtual model of an emergency situation and perform calculations of landing and stability when flooding the specified compartments;

• Perform calculations of dock operations (placement of vessels in the dock, calculation of ballasting and strength);

• Produce the layout of the floating facility from individual modules afloat with the calculation of landing-stability at each step of enlargement.
