Furuno M-1835

Furuno M-1835 is a radar with a 10.4-inch high-contrast color LCD display, designed for ships with a gross tonnage of at least 300, as additional equipment. The radiated power is 4 kW.

 

Stylish design M-1835 perfectly matches the appearance of the digital sounder FCV-295. When installing the devices next to each other they maximize visibility. Just radar can connect with other navigation equipment, plotter and sounder via NMEA 0183 Furuno programmable interface, which gives operators the ability to expand its marine systems to the required limits.

 

Furuno M-1835 is certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

 

A distinctive feature is the excellent detection even very small targets both at short and at long distances. Also available are the new display modes (for example, the true view, full-screen), serving to improve the safety of navigation. Series M-1835 radar lets you observe distant objects before they become visible, as well as to see in dark conditions, fog or reduced visibility in any lighting condition. For the position of the vessel displacement in a predetermined point on the screen, the user can press a special button «OFF CENTER», which allows the operator to focus on any specific area ahead of or around the vessel, without losing the tag location.
