NJC3901B / C / D / RB / M- type circulators designed for marine X-band radar operating at frequencies of 9.3 GHz - 9.5 GHz. These products are adapted for the RoHS directive.
 
Most of the technical characteristics in the same data types circulars and correspond to the following values:
  • Duty Cycle - 0,001
  • The frequency range from 9300 MHz to 9500 MHz
  • Humidity - 90%
  • Isolation - 25 dB
 
The other characteristics are as follows:
  • Maximum output power: from NJC3901B / C / M - 30 kW at NJC3901D / RB - 5 kW / 56 kW
  • Ambient temperature at NJC3901B / C / D / RB: -30 C to 70 C, at NJC3901M: -30 C to 85 C.
